What international payment terms does Farrmi accept?

We work primarily with 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight from prime international banks. For established repeat importers, we also offer flexible terms including Telegraphic Transfer (TT with 30% advance, balance against copy of Bill of Lading) and Cash Against Documents (CAD).

What export quality and compliance certificates do you provide?

Every container shipment is accompanied by a full set of commercial export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Clean On-Board Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Chamber of Commerce / GSP), Government Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Analysis. Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Geo-Chem) is readily arranged at loading port upon buyer request.

Can Farrmi accommodate OEM / private brand packaging?

Yes. A substantial portion of our exports are shipped under our overseas buyers' private labels. We offer full graphic design adaptation, multi-color rotogravure printing on BOPP bags, non-woven fabric bags, eco-friendly jute sacks, and inner vacuum pouches with country-specific barcode and nutritional compliance.

What is the typical shipping transit time from India?

From vessel sailing date at JNPT (Nhava Sheva, Mumbai) or Mundra Port, typical maritime transit times are: GCC / Arabian Gulf: 4 to 8 days; Southeast Asia: 10 to 14 days; United Kingdom & Northern Europe: 22 to 28 days; United States East Coast: 25 to 30 days. Container stuffing and customs clearance at loading port takes 7 to 10 days post-confirmation.
